BSE's share is facing a big crash today. The main reason is that they are asked to pay regulatory fees to market regulator SEBI based on annual turnover calculated from its options contract due to which BSE stock fall aggressively. 

BSE has to pay 165 Crore, out of which 69 Crore is from the financial year 2007 to 2023 and 96 Crore is for the financial year 2024.
